ACC from localhost to a website

Hey, I have struggled and at last got an Account manager to my Localhost. Now how do I create a website out of it? So other people can use it ofcourse. Please help.

Open port 80 and set the correct permissions to the web server in your firewall to make your localhost public. (it will be accessed using your global IP address as the URL)
