Solved accesible from internet yes/no

Hey, I encounter problems with uniform server.
when i start the apache and mysql server and check the server status it sometimes give's me this:



And if i close this and open it again richt after i get this:



I searched around on google and Otland but couldn't find a solution.
my ports are open (as you can see) but for some reason it is accesible and sometimes not.
I checked with different versions of uniform server and i keep encountering the same problem.

Maybe someone knows this problem also? i would like to know how to fix it since i cannot login because of this.

What worked for me: in port forwarding on my router, i closed port 7171 and 7272, saved and restarted the router (unplugging power) restarted pc and opened both ports again.
For some reason it worked and the server is now accessible from the internet.
