New XAMPP security concept:

Access to the requested directory is only available from the local network.

This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

does anyone know what i need to do to fix this problem?

NOTE: i was testing and if i allow all then it sends people to the xampp control pannel/'home' im not sure what its called

Goto localhost/phpmyadmin/security <- and from there you can set up ur security..
