Windows Accessibilty for my server

Good afternoon,

Alright lets start with that i'm a TOTAL newbie.
Anyway, I wanted to use Xampp to host a open tibia server ( work in progress ), now I saw a thread that a uniform server is better then xampp so I followed the tutorial of the uniform server, did everything what I supposed to do except for the server installation I installed an other server.
My point is: when I look for the Server status I get accessible from internet = NO, I forwarded port 7171,7272,80 and 3306, I tried it with an static IP and I used DHCP, firewall is shut down and I even added the ports into my firewall..

Does anyone have a clue what is wrong? I hope to hear from someone soon

Yes I used znote's tutorial, and checked all the troubleshooting, still no result tho.

Hmm... Maybe something wrong with the distro u are using?, ure sure u opened all ports correctly?

Well I opened 7171 7272 80 3306 in my router, but when I ask for a port checker it says connection timed out 0,o.

My normal ip address is 192.168.X.XX and my external ip address is 58.223.X.XXX for security reason I won't show my full ip ^^ xD
