Accessible from Internet

Im using uniserver application when i click on server status it says Accessible from Internet No! before it was yes and i've opened port 80 in my router when i check port status it says port is open but im not able to access from internet please help what i do!

Probably even you open the port in your router, you need to add a route from your router to your pc (uniserver) in you internal lan.

It´s called port fowarding and you can easily found a tutorial in the internet, just add in the google port fowarding and the model of your router.
