Hello Otlander,
This problem occurs when you type your login or password wrong
several times. If this isn't it then you must of been hacked...

I had this problem in Real Tibia, and what happened was that i was
normally playing with my account but after several days, after typing in
my account details, this error was displayed. I have contacted the Administration
and they said that the account details were incorrect or i have been Hacked by other
player.
