I've always seen account manager says: Hello, if you want to create an account, say "account".
etc, and keeps giving you instructions until you create your account.
In my OT, it doesn't say that, it just opens as a normal thing and you need to get the word "account" from your mind.
I'm afraid people those don't know, they wouldn't join the OT.
I hope anyone could help me.
