Account Manager for 7.6 server (YurOts)

I have seen an server, also 7.6 that has an account manager named Vide, it has the YurOts map so i think its possible

Of course they were XML, there weren't many SQL servers around back then...

u can make a website for XML also, my friend did it but on the end u got some numbers like "test.no-ip.info:8490"
