Solved Account Manager

I'm using NaxedOt 3.5 and using the account manager that came with it, and was wondering how do I change what gear people start with when they create an account? I'm guessing it mirrors the account managers gear, but I couldn't find where to change that. I went into my 127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin and tried to change it there, couldn't do it.

I'm using MySQL, not SQLite.
