I just want to point out this is my first time on this forums, I hope the topic fits here on "support".
Staying on topic, I would really like to talk to any administrator to see if they could help me recover and account on this server which I played lastly on june. (past vacations)
Now that i'm in winter vacations and I have time to play I remembered this good server I really enjoyed and wanted to play again, but the problem is that I don't remember my password neither my recovery key. (if i'm sure I never had a recovery key)
I actually had my pass written on a old phone that I don't own now, so I can't recover it from there. If I could personally talk to any administrators via email, I can prove that the account i'm trying to recover is mine, I actually bought multiple things from the online store.

Sad to hear that you got some problems with Account recovering...

Now let me tell you if you had an e-mail registered on that account then use it and send an new e-mail to: [email protected] and you can recover by this way.
They will reply within 24 hours, so please be patient for the answer!
