accpage problem

i cant get my accpage online. those who's on my lan-ip cant even get in on it.

does anyone think they know the answer to my problem?

even you cant get on it? then check if ur mysql and apache on Started, else it should be a intalling wrong ;O

First let me say that "bosseftw" is my brother, and he asked the question for me.
So back to the problem. Ofc i can open the acc page on my own computer, i just cant get it online... i have opened the port 80/80 in my router. dont know if u must change some ip configs in the htdocs. im using the unnamed acc page.. so if someone know what the problem is, pleas tell me.. im using xampp, thats it, do i need some more program?
