Can any of support in shadow explain this to me.

How the fuck over 30+ in Shadowcores have full mage ? :O

I got killed on my friends char and all of them had full mages
 
not sure if it works on this server or not, but I know on some if you get full addon and get sexchange you take the addons with you.
 
I don't know how you counted them to 30+, because I checked the database and there are 25 players on ShadowCores with the full mage male outfit (full summoner female). The explanation is that there have been at least 25 Ferumbras' raids on ShadowCores, if that wasn't obvious enough to you.
 
In Unstoppable team there is Fatima, Syninho, Reetsim (The latest one) and someone with like Gratihnihnho a level 300+ dude. Might be some more but these are the ones i can write off my head.
