Action for a item (Vip Promotion for VIP Only)

Hello!

I need a item that promote only vip players (for 2nd vip promotion)

But.... how i make it like premium cipsoft system? (if you are premmy and promoted: (sample) master sorcerer but if you are free account you are sorcerer again... But each time you are premmy again, you get back your promotion.

Can someone help me please?

Is that system what im using...

But im looking for a item (action) that promote the player to "vip elite knight" for sample... the item can be used only by vip player and if you are not vip anymore, you got back to elite knigth but if you are vip again, you are back to vip elite knight
