Lua Add message onLogin Cast or onLogout

I use TFS 0.4 8.6 with Cast system. And I would like to add this message when entering the Cast or Exit:


It would be possible? I believe it would be by creaturescript. I use the Summ Cast. Functions:

getCastsOnline
getCastViewers
getPlayerCast or getPlayerCast(cid).status
