Add new itens in the RME

Hello guys, i need to learn how to add itens, i created a dragon's nest in the OtItenEditor and its gave me this id : 12642.
When i was add this iten in my map, the RME already had this id (12642) and it was a armor, when i add this armor in my map, my server didnt open. how can i delete this id in RME and get the new ?

Use the right items.otb and items.xml (with the new item) in your server (data/items) and in Remere (data/yourclientversion) and the client directory should be where the edited spr and dat files are and use those to login to your server.
