Even though you were able to solve your issue another forum member might not be able to figure out a solution, and may happen across this thread hoping for a solution, but will be unable to find one since you've edited your post.

In the future, if you solved your issue on your own, don't edit your thread to "solved" or "edited", please post your solution, then edit the title of the thread to "Solved." via drop downs..
