Adding acces in forum

How do i add acces so only gms and gods can post in some of my sections?

Go to the database, click accounts and edit the account, set page_access to 2 or 3 or something. 5 is max, which he can add points with, he can do everything with the site then. so try 1 first, then 2, etc
