Lua Adding DB Help Please

When i try to add samples i want it to be Zero not Player id 250 :/ i want it to start from player id 1 and now i get this error

STEP 4

Add samples to DB:
News ticker sample is already in database. New sample is not needed.

I think it starts with id 1.
If not try to change that id for id 1 in players/Phpmyadmin.

Reset the auto_increment value of the 'players' table, clean it, then re-add all stuff.

Thanks problemd solved i got another error in my server ive never had before seems hard to know what the problem is anyone can help me?
