Lua Adding Link to Website

Can anyone tell me how to add link into your website?

I am using ModernAAC and TFS 0.3.6pl

Not Found

The requested URL /index.php/p/v/shop/admin was not found on this server.

How can I fix this error?
Help would be greatly appreciated and rewarded with rep+
