good so far, but, now when I am redskull and click the item, it says "you may not remove this kind of skull"

I thought you didn't want to be able to remove it, just change:

if getCreatureSkullType(cid) > 3

to

if getCreatureSkullType(cid) > 5

if getCreatureSkullType(cid) >= 4 then
