Addon Bonus

Hello today i seeing the ot server ambera.net and my question is:

How can i put that each addon give me bonus? because i have addon bonus but only give bonus when you wearing both addons.

It isn't this i have the same you don't understand me i don't want both addons i want each addon for example First citizen addon give me +5% of speed and Second citizen addon give me +100hp
