My first idea is that you can't make the 'hair addon' 'cause you've made an axe addon firstly. In real tibia you have to make the hair addon firstly to be able to make an axe addon if you understand. Dunno what about Ot.
Maybe you should ask other players. maybe theres anyone who made an axe addon firstly too. Ask around. if they can't make the hair addon but they already got axe addon that means that i'm right x)
