Addon bug

I dont have any addon on my character. I bought 50 holy orchids after i went to NPC Lurgi and i sad "hi" and "second wizard addon" he tooked my orchids and didnt give me any addon :/ i dont know what i should do now but i dont have addon or orchids.

Please answer me hre or in game. My character name: Executioner
