Addon NPC

Would anyone happen to have the NPC that gives all addons for certain items?
This would be very useful
Please help.

very long script, who wrote it? My one had 6kb, this have over 59

...
citizen     = 22001 
hunter        = 22003    
mage        = 22005    
knight        = 22007    
nobleman    = 22009    
summoner    = 22011    
warrior        = 22013    
...

This HAVE TO be in local, otherwise it may cause bugs.

Not sure who wrote it, I got it from otfans/otland long ago.
edit:
I checked my credits room, to see if I had a name there. I found:

01:18 You see a sign
You read: Advanced fishing by Andu and Chojrak.
ItemID: [1429].
Position: [X: 193] [Y: 281] [Z: 7].
