what addons are not available (ie Mage wand)?
Are nightmare/brotherhood available?

Only Norseman, Nightmare, Shaman isn't able. I think.

What about mage wand? I don't think ankhs are lootable, well atleast I haven't seen any using the outfit or selling ankhs, so add Mage wand to the list ^_^
