Admin Panel problem

Hey everyone

I got this problem:

I need to edit the config of my page cuz I cant create an account... but if i login to the admin account and look at the admin panel i dont have the button which is for "Edit Config"!!

Could anyone please help me??

you need layout oO? downlaod one from otland and check out :=)

Nope...I got a layout^^ But I need to edit the config.php cuz I got a problem with creating an account!^^
