We have two payment options available for Venezuela at the moment. These are with DaoPay (international number) and with PayPal. The reason why you can't use sms or normal phone calls to pay from Venezuela is because the payment gateways do not have any good way of setting up contracts with the local carriers, due to the political situation in Venezuela
