Here's my problem.


I've donated with my telephone via ZayPay around 17:54 Dutch Time.
My phone got charged 7,10 euro because I paid by SMS. I got the first message, it said I would receive another one but I didnt receive one after a minute while usually it's there within seconds, so I pressed Proceed and it gave an error. I could contact ZayPay via e-mail (Which I wont do since it'll probably takes ages once they realized the mail). Note that I have enough money on my phone so that can't be the problem. In some sort of way I feel scammed by ZayPay and I hope you by some sort of way can see my payment and perhaps still willing to refund my 70 points.

The reason why we're asking you to contact ZayPay is because there's nothing we can do about it when such things happen. The error is between you and the payment gateway (ZayPay in this case), and we don't have any other details other than the status message "error" which should have been "paid" if your payment was successful.

They usually take some time to respond (up to 3 days from our experience), but when they do respond they actually manage to help the customers. There have been multiple times when they changed the status of payments from error/in_progress to paid. As soon as they change the status of your payment to paid, our system will automatically add shop coins to your account.
