In today’s reality, attracting even around 100 players requires serious investment in streamers. The truth is harsh: the Tibia community has become like a flock of sheep, wandering through the lands of OTS and blindly following their shepherds on Twitch, Kick, or YouTube.


If you don’t have €2,000+ to spend on donations or contracts, then you’re left with what everyone else is doing — creating short-lived seasonal servers, running them for 2–3 weeks, taking players’ money, and reopening them again.


There are almost no projects left where fun, long-term stability, or innovative mechanics actually matter.
Today, streamers decide everything — because players follow them like sheep.

I was speak with streamer have 400 follow he said 620 USD
I will delete my projects and open twitch
Bad server + bad support + bad everything = add streamer and this will be good how i don't know.

Unfortunately, that’s exactly how it looks today. Servers downloaded straight from the internet, barely edited, reach huge online numbers simply because a streamer promotes them.
Meanwhile, you sometimes stumble upon something truly exceptional — a real gem among bags of garbage — and you notice that the admin doesn’t sponsor streamers. What happens then?
They’re left with an amazing project… but an online of 10–30 players.


And honestly? That’s not even a bad thing — the RL Tibia server I play has a peak of 27 players and it’s still great.
So don’t stress. Keep doing your thing. Money isn’t the most important part when you build a server with passion. Players will always rotate, but I hope most of those who visit your world will stay with you much longer.
