After install ubuntu

When trying to use sudo gives me this error

sudo: must be setuid root

Okay, the fucking console dont let me use sudo

after passing my anger, I try to change the permissions of / usr / bin / sudo via recovery mode using chmod 4755 but when trying to do me said "permisions changing to / usr / bin / sudo / filesystems read-only", this means that my hard disk is read-only?

Don't do at your current user console
login with recovery mode like below link
Fix Broken Sudo
(use only "Booting into recovery mode" part)
and run the below command after selecting root user

chmod 4111 /usr/bin/sudo
chmod 0440 /etc/sudoers
exit

to reboot system
sudo reboot

its done, enjoy
if this doesn't fix it tell me
