Again my premium subscription has been removed!

I really need a solution,
since a month ago I paid for 6 months premium equivalent to $ 15 one day and was later withdrawn without more, hence I asked for help, nobody helped me and I ended up canceling my payment.

Oh wait the time pass and made a further payment of three months which equates to $ 9, and what happened again? After three days I'm not just premium.

I wanted the Administrator, or someone responsible for that party would talk to me and analyze my payment because it is totally unethical and unfair.

I need a solution to my problem, I'll be putting that post pictures of my proof of payment.

In the screenshots I just see a $9,00 payment, equivalent to 3 monts of donator status.
Unless you've done a chargeback..but this is an issue you can only solve with Talaturen

There were two payments, the first one months ago and have not received the benefit, and ended up making the reversal, which was 6 months.

And now that 3 months is normal, there was the reversal and I only had a few days of benefit.

How do you talk to Talaturen?

You explained this very poorly, as I read it this sounded like you canceled the payment and are complaining about no premium.
If you made a mistake, you should PM the administrator instead of canceling any payments.

He never made a false picture, it's a legit picture, he just lied about the rest of the story.
