Solved All my houses get odd doors and windows, why? (PICTURE AVAILIBLE)

It's because the old doors/windows are still stored in the database. Delete the doors and windows in Remere, restart your server, readd them in Remere, and restart your server again.
Yes, restart it 2 times, first time when they are deleted, second time when they are added again. You can also just remove/readd the house(zone), depens on what you think is most easy or if the house is already owned then the readding doors/windows would be better so people won't lose their house.
Did you deleted all the doors and windows first, so all the houses with this problem have no doors and windows left, and then restart, and then add them in Remere, and then restart again?

If your server is in test stage just clear tables like house_tiles and tile_storage(or file housestore~ from world folder)
If you have some players and your server is running already try to stand next to these tiles and use command /r on all windows/doors which cause this problem.
Restarting server should give some result.
Disable storing trash in config.lua

Thank you limos it solved it when i did it step by step, but now ive got a new problem, the doors dont work to the house.

You need to add a Door ID in the door in Remere.
Right mouse click on the door, click Properties, then add a Door ID, it doesn't matter which one, as long as they are not the same as the others in the house (this is to give people acces to only certain doors).
Best is to do all doors, this is so people can see the owner when clicking on the door, but also if the owner of the house wants to invite an other player to a door or if the owner doesn't want players to acces certain doors (who are invited to other parts for example).
