TFS 1.X+ Allow specific spell to be casted on spam

Hey, so basically if you spam a spell like crazy anykind like non stop it wont allow you execute another spell in a background, but i wonder if its possible to walk past it and allow specific spell to be executed? Because its like an escape spell and i noticed sometimes you cant execute the spell if you spamming heal or any spell, and i want that spell execute any time without any problems even if there is insane spam
