Compiling Am i braindead or just unlucky? (Error with importing)

When i import newest TFS source i've got this error:

I downloaded TFS SDK and ran "register_tfssdk_env.bat" on unpack folder, after it i moved "register_boost_env.bat" to downloaded before "Boost C++ libraries". When i've done it, i opened "theforgottenserver.sln"- Surprise it doesn't work.

I've got installed Visual C++ 2015 Tools for Windows Desktop already, but still the same error.

What should i do?

Read the error below, "to fix this blabla launch visual studio setup with the following selections: Install visual c++ 2015 tools for windows desktop

Edit: Saw you got it now.. Try uninstall everything and install again, should solve it.

I've got also this error in Output section of program:
