An Open Tibia-like Real Tibia World? - Could it happen?

Just saw this forum thread on the real tibia forums where some guy is suggesting that Cipsoft brings back Tibia 7.6 or something, could it happen? Would it work even if Cipsoft does it?

I didn't know the topic gets brought up that often, just goes to show how much people would love it if Cipsoft did it. The fact that RealOTs did well for a while even without much updates also shows that. Maybe one day indeed.

According to a CM at cipsoft, one of the reasons it hasn't been done is because people can't decide which version of Tibia they want to be brought back, I'm sure most would agree that the version right before the aimbot was added would be best for a foundation.
