Mobile Tibia Idle game

I once saw a mobile game where someone took the sprites from Tibia and made it a idle game. The game was simple. Put your character on a monster and close the game, then when you come back, you killed that specific monster "x times" and it gave y amount of xp and a table of all loot.

I think the game was shut down by cipsoft since it showed ads etc to generate revenue. How come that is not OK but doing OT with same set of original sprites and generate revenue by opening shops to buy items is ok? Or is that also not ok but they cant fight every single open tibia project, but they can fight a single guy making an idle game

It is not cipsoft who reported but simply a player of the game. Then the google play team reviews the report and it is obvious that it violates copyrights so they remove the game. It is not allowed in any game publishing platform to use stolen game assets.
