Dude... Look into mapping tutorials and/or take a look into demon eldorath's peices for cities and some other mappers for ideas.

what the fuq is up with the structure? So random.

Stick to one theme, dont add too many detail on walls and you need to work on the shapes, usually temples are symetrical.
