Are there any anime related servers that are in english? Ive played some, they are fun but all of them are either polish or brazilian. So, are there any english servers under construction or any server that is active and is english?

If I had an artist, I would love to make an "Anime-Related Server".

There are TONS of anime that could be made into great MMOs.
