I think posting more than one like should be legal. This is just plain bullshit.. what if one host is better, but people prefer something else or w/e the case may be.

By this, you'll help moderators who have low download speed to check your thread fast and efficiently since they won't have to check a billion of download links for viruses.

That's the reason I specified that you should better use Otland's attachements. They're pretty fast. I can increase the max download link to 2 or 1 + attachment on otland.
