Hello! I need to make item id: 21699 to light like magic light wand - how can I make it?

items.otb and client edit.
there's a thing called lighlevel and lightcolor.
look in the client for magic lightwand, find the lightcolor and lightlvl and use for the new item :)

dateditor for the client you uses, you could possible google it..

etc.. "open tibia dateditor 8.6" or something
