Tibia 7.6 is already outdated, no directX support. You can use Otclient and enter a new "key", making players use only OTC and inhibit the Bot!

How can i add a new key? Im already using OTClient but Cip default client still working

You generate rsa key pair, use private key on OTS side - by default it's in otserv.key in project root.
Use public key with OTClient and compile it.
