Anti Magebomb

I am hosting an old client OT server which uses XML engine so I do not have "Creatureevents or golbal events files".
So no one of the anti magebomb scripts out there are working for me.

People who r using the same server and engine have made an anti magebomb script which automaticlly mas kick all the magebombers after they starter spamming in about 5-10 seconds.

Can someone help me doing a talkactions or global anti magebomb script which works for 8.1? Aries 0.4.0 XML engine?

I am really suffering from magebombers, they crash my OT although I have bought a dedicated-server.

Please, do not ignore my post and try to help me :/ , I can show you the server which has a working anti magebomb script maybe you can copy it or take the idea.
