Download a Source tfs file and compile it in your own, better. Never download exes, they may have viruses.
There's tutos for compile it.

If you downloaded 0.3.6pl1 from the distribution board, it's a false positive (you could check the sources yourself), just configure avast so it doesn't delete TFS.
