Solved Any free vps provider?

I would like to open my server only for testing and I cannot afford a good vps monthly.
Right now I'm developing it on localhost and I can't host it, because my ports are closed.

So, is there any free vps(or cheap) with more than 4gb ram? (Yeah I'm developing real map server + custom stuff.)

It would be only open for few players so cpu can be weak I think, just the ram is pain.

My isp blocked the ports, I need to buy "extra" service monthly to get them unlocked.
