Any GUI otserv for Linux?

Nope, no one has ever bothered to make a back-end for it and tbh it does not need it. terminal is just fine.

If i knew all the commands, and if OTserv from the SVN worked with my scripts from my TFS server, then I'd want to transfer more.

Why would you want a GUI version of TFS?
That's a waste of resource, TFS uses enough as it is.
Having a GUI means having a DE running with all of its dependencies and runtimes(consumes alot), that's why serious hoster will prefer it headless.

Yes, but that doesn't matter if I already have my own server and I just pay for rack space and bandwidth.

And I also don't care if it is TFS, just as long as it's compatible with my scripts.

no, there isn't... and i don't think there are plans to do so. Linux, by "ot" terms is meant to be a hosting OS. if I were you, I would use signals, i.e: send a signal to tfs and request watever as far as I remember, just read the main routine it defines those stuff, or simply use TFS login server or whatever I don't really remember (just search repos) and have a look at admin protocol.
