Lua Any Idea why this 0.2.14 npc doesn't work??

Hi, I'm trying to use this npc from 0.2.14, but for some reason selfSay on the CDATA code is not working, doesn't show any error in the console, just doesn't work. Its like if a library was missing, but don't know how to add it using this xml.
