Just remove the script that's trying to retrieve marriage information, it should be somewhere in your globalevents folder, identify the script by looking inside each for the same query that's popping up in your console, and the script's registration from globalevents.xml.

When does this error pop up? Does it happen when you log in, when you look at a player, or does it just happen at a set interval?

after i run the server perfectly for 1 min the error keeps poping

Then it must be either a scheduled event or it's a globalevent. If you have a modern text editor like sublime text or nodepad++, search all files for the query and see if you come up with anything.
