Anyone far outside the US/Europe regions?

I hear rumors that it is now impossible to use proxy services while playing Tibia.
So, if you're from Brazil, China, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Russia, you might not even be able to play the game.

Can you guys honestly confirm the situation? Or is it simply overhype crying?

I also hear rumors that CipSoft implemented their own proxy service to alleviate connection issues for players from abroad.
So, it could be possible that people saw "can't use proxy anymore" and have zero knowledge of the new CipSoft proxy service, then started crying.
