Anyone remembers this map?

So let me try to explain this quickly.
There's a map I have in mind from the old 8.6 days, it was a city of some sort, depot had stair up and boat to the right.
Down below there was some houses then a path between houses with an outside. From there there was an large open area with dragons, and continuing down you can walk to Hydras through a mountain.

Anyone got a clue of what map I am speaking of?
It's long lost for me.. I want to find it
