Apache doesn't work in xampp

Apache is doesn't work, What can i do? Mysql and Filezilla are running. I am trying open ports in NETGAR ROUTER but in 3 next second port 80 is still closed.

Have you tried restarting your computer? Sometimes it helps since you release all the ports, Otherwise as it has been said its a program using the port, change the port its using or uninstall it.

I am not that stupid. Yes i restarted my comuter not once. How can i change the port? What are you mean?
